How about having something to simplify and manage the warranty repairs/exchanges? Maybe something similar to the RMA...but for warranted merchandise: WMA (Warranty Merchandise Authorization) By the way, how does a client request a return right now? Thank you!

About WMA:
It is a good idea. We shall take it into later consideration.

About return request:
Products shall be returned after store owners or administrators have updated status history into "Delievered" when editing the order.
Clients then will be able to return items under My account>My Orders>View the orders I have made.
There they must select the returned products, the quantity and the comment.

While on topic, I have a question: Why do most shopping carts have that order status "Delivered" ? How can I know it was delivered? Unless I check every single order's tracking number all the time.... just a question. I like it is better as "Shipped" !!! If I make a "shipped" status, how do I make sure that automatically triggers the ability for a client to return an item online? Thank you!
