I dream of a plugin or add-on that would provide the opportunity to make "real" sales, without having to buy a complete P.O.S. system (when there are way less "real" sales than online sales).
Sales could be made to anyone, but they could be recorded to any account if the client supplies his email address or phone number (for faster exchange or return). It would also be possible to make exchanges or return.
We would be able to add items to the cart via the items ID. The total (with taxes) would be calculated and an invoice (eg. in pdf format) would be generated once the payment received. The payment would be managed by the seller, but it would help if the change was calculated.
The main feature is that stocks would change depending on what is sold and what is returned, quickly and without having to play in the archives.
This is not something urgent, because it's very specialised, but it would be interesting if TomatoCart offered it because no other e-commerce software does offer it.
I do not have much time to watch how is built TomatoCart. If this is not something that developers are interested, I guess I could get something with a little help.
