There seems to still exist a bug here. If I disable or change the order of the "items" under information it won't change in the storefront.

Would also be great to be able to create new pages under information if we wish.

It seems that there is no problem about the information module.If I disable or change the order it will change in the storefront. Is there any error occur in the firebug when you save the change?

You can create or modify the pages under information through two steps:
1. create or modify the files in the includes/content/info directory
2. create or modify the files in the templates/template_name/content/info direcotry
