I think you need to upgrade to V1.0 first and then to V1.0.1. I don't know if there are database schemes changed between alpha5 and 1.0.1 otherwise you can copy the v1.0.1 files directly over the alpha5 files (not the configure.php etc). You also can use the diff files to patch. Kind regards, Ward Loockx

Upgrade from alpha5 to tomatocart 1.0 contains much work. Currently we are quite busy and we do not have time to create a upgrade script.
