Some people reflect that they don't receive the activation email after registering at the website or the Online Translator. Here list four possible solutions.
1. Wait for several hours (sorry for so long) after you register at Online Translator. We may probably be at a different time zone from yours. We will see to your request immediately we start work.
2. Register again with the same email box, allowing for bad Internet connectivity and spelling error of your email address (yes both happened).
3. Check you spam folder. The activation email maybe regarded as the spam mail by the spam filters of the mail servers.
4. Register with another mail box please, if neither of the above does.
