Hi, I'm wondering how I can add the serial key to email after users place the order. We are selling softwares and after buying we have to send the users unique serial key. So how I can integrate it with Tomato cart !

You don't have to integrate this, it's already there. You can edit order, go to status history, change status to paid or delivered, Add Comment where you will put serial key and check Notify Customer and Notify Customer With Comments. Then customer will get email about update of order and serial key. Seems to me simple and you will have nice oveview who received serial key.

So each time that a customer buys the software we should go over and change the order to paid ? I want something automatic ! the serial key is unique for each customer. I like to send an email containing serial key automatically after the payment is done.
