I get this error when I'm trying to download purchased product -
You have reached the maximum download times
anyone knows what does this mean?

This is set by the Admin of the site, when inputting a product as a downloadable, you can set the amount of times a product can be downloaded by customer and the amount of days they have to do it. So can be set for 1 time in a 2 day period, or 10 times over a 5 year period, incase they have issues with their computers etc..

well.. then it means that you can not change that.
i submitted product with 0 values in those sections and then changed them both to 100 and still couldn't download the product.

Hi,
have you cleared the cache? Another possibility would be, that the size of file is too large.

Hi!
You didn't understand my last reply. I said - when you add new product as downloadable and leave 0 values you can not change than. I was saying that you have to re-add that product with correct values..
