Hello everyone,

I'm Wendy Wang from TomatoCart Team. After several months development the company wants to keep more focus on user experience.

Always we are thinking how could we, together, create a world class user experience for TomatoCart and its Community. As we know user Experience can never be done in isolation, and that's why we need your voice. You're the ones that are using or will use TomatoCart and community every day. We are certainly sure that you have greate feeback as to the problems of our product, and maybe have greate ideas about how to improve the usability of TomatoCart and its community.

This post is an invitation for all of you to share us with your pain and ideas related to the GUI and User Experience. We will consider your feedback and suggestions, and your ideas will be converted to a more user-friendly product.

Open Source Software is open to everyone, and so is its community. We're all together coming here to share others with our ideas to realize the common goal to make TomatoCart a word class shopping cart.

For our common goal ,be passionate, guys. We are looking forward to your feeback.

Wendy

I'm using tomato, from the beginig, and i'm quite happy with it:).... the translation was a great ideea, except minor glitches to export part....like i said, if i was knowing how i will implement the translator inside admin area...but was just a taught..... the custom template wasn't so hard to be made because of very well named png or gif or jpg for template.

Thanks for the feedback.
In year 2009 we have too much ideas and less people, therefore we messed things a little bit up.

We are working on TomatoCart main site to ensure that everything work well. Building a strong community is our primary goal for year 2010.

When I was looking at ecommerce solutions and came accross TomatoeCart, I just passed it by. I tried many other systems, not getting satisfaction. After trying Tomatoecart I am simply amazed. Although there are some issues still to be worked on, it is the Greatest in my opinion.

So much easier to setup and use. Best of all is the Tomatoecart team that takes the time to reply, fix and respond to our messages. Thats hard to get and invaluable.

I am sold on Tomatoecart.

All the best.

I too am SOLD on Tomatocart. I'm using opencart for now, but am getting myself familiar with tomato so that when the developers feel it is ready, I too will be ready.

I've only been using carts for about a week now, but already I can't believe how much more sense tomato's experience makes.

One suggestion I have is on the front page of tomatocart.com Seeing the date of July 05 under the headline "TomatoCart- New Generation Ecommerce" it is really offputting. In fact I almost closed the page right away because I thought maybe it was a dead page that was no longer cared for. Looking around you can see a great deal has happened since Last July with tomatocart, but I wonder how many other people might have closed the window to tomatorcart never to look back.

I'm in love with tomatocart's backend. Jessica Biel is jealous.
