TomatoCart is an open source software. The definition and the benefits of both open source software and the TomatoCart project itself are introduced in this section.
The TomatoCart project contains a web-based installation component, and it is fairly easy to install and upgrade. The following instructions will explain to users how to get started with installing or upgrading TomatoCart.
The web desktop administration tool is an outstanding part of the Tomatocart project. Instructions of how to set up an online shopping cart with the administration tool will be given in this section. Users will feel easy and comfortable to use the desktop-like rich internet application.
This section is now in construction, and more docs will come soon.
Before diving into the subcategories, we strongly suggest that an introduction article to commonly used buttons, Common Button Operations, be looked through. It is supposed to make the subcategory article easy and simple to read and understand.
TomatoCart Developer Guide has been in preparation to expand your knowledge of TomatoCart development.
This documentation is well organized and devotes quite a few space to describing. And now the first part is available - Chapter 1:Setting up Development Environment for TomatoCart.
You can expect more chapters to be published in the near future.
