Administrator Logs

Introduction

Each operation on the administration panel by the administrators or users (who else have the permission to go to the back end) is listed by TomatoCart, listing in the Administrator Logs section.

Administrator Logs

Figure 1 shows the Administrator Logs listing page under the admin>Tools>Administrator Logs section.

  1. Module: where the administrative operation took place. The figure in the brackets is the number of items of this record in the detailed page.
  2. ID: the fixed operation ID in the system.
  3. Type: Specific operation types include Update, Delete, Insert and etc.
  4. User: whom the operation was done by.
  • View Details of an administrator log
  • Figure 2 shows the Details of products (9) administrator log listing page under the admin>Tools>Administrator Logs>Details section.

    The records on Figure 2 are the results of changing the quantity of the product from 10 to 100.

  • Search for an administrator log by users or by choosing corresponding module
  • Delete an administrator log
  • Refresh the present page
  • Hide/Display a column
  • See the Administrator Logs number in the down-right corner
