Introduction
Since store front templates construct a framework to fill in various modules, the administrators will decide which modules to display and how.
To display a certain module in the store front or not, such as new products, frequently asked questions, etc, store owners may go to the admin>Templates>Template Modules and then the admin>Templates>Template Modules Layout section for help.
Modules: Boxes and Content
The system provides altogether twenty-nine template modules for users to choose. Each module is sorted either into Boxes or Content.
Figure 1 shows the Store Front Demo.

The module in the boxes is usually small-sized and commonly displays, once installed, on the left or right side of the store front in the default template, like those within red ellipses in Figure 1.
The module in the content is usually larger-sized than box module and displays, once installed, in the central part of the store front in the default template, like those within a yellow ellipse in Figure 1.

Template Modules and Template Modules Layout
When templates are uploaded under the Templates> Templates section, the next two things should be taken into consideration.
First of all, decide which modules to install of each template, under Template> Template Modules. Fields such as list size, cache contents, etc, are editable.
Then arrange these modules separately in each front-end template, taken in Template Modules Layout. Presenting page(s), page specific, group, new group and sort order are editable.
Here’s an example of displaying the Products Scroller module in the store front. Figure 4 shows the Products Scroller module presented in the store front.
Figure 4 Products Scroller in the Store Front
As the figure shows, the Products Scroller module is laid under the Article Categories module on the right side of the Search Results page. Two steps must be followed before this is achieved.
- To install Products Scroller under the Templates Modules>Boxes section, as Figure 2 shows.
Figure 5 tells the result of installation.

Choose in the combo box in the up-right corner of the Templates Modules Layout section before editing each module. - Edit under the Templates Modules Layout>Boxes section.
Before Step 1, Products Scroller is uninstalled so that this module can not be seen under the "Modules" column in Figure 7. To display it in the store front, add it. Figure 8 shows the New Template Layout Module listing page.

- Once installed, the Products Scroller module will display in the Module pull-down menu under the Template Modules Layout section. Select it.
- Select "search/*" in the "Pages" combo box so that this module will display in any search page.
- Not to select "Page Specific", so that not only "Products Scroller" but other modules such as "Article Categories" also display in the store front.
- Select "Right" in the "Group" combox so that the box module will display in the right group of the store front. (Note: content template modules will display not in the right or left group of the store front, but in the before or after group of the content district. Select "Before" for a certain content module, and it will display in the upper content district; vice versa.)
- Since "Products Scroller" is under "Article Categories", above "Shop By Price" – it is true but not shown in Figure 4, its sort order should be between that of "Article Categories" and "Shop By Price". Thus, comparing data in Figure 7, the Products Scroller order number should be "0" or larger than "0", and smaller than "50", following the chronological order of installation.
- Refresh the store front page, and Figure 4 is achieved.
What about uninstalling a module in the front-end?
- Uninstall in all the templates
Not to Display a Module in the Store Front, simply click the "uninstall graphic tool" in its row under the Templates Modules>Boxes section. - Uninstall in several
Not to display a module in several templates, turn to the Templates Modules Layout section as Figure 7 shows.
Select the template in which the module will not display, select the target module and click “Delete” in the row.
