Introduction

The Dashboard section of the administrative tool presents the store owner with general information about how the customers are using the site.

Figure 1 shows part of the Dashboard listing page under the admin>Tools>Dashboard section.

• Display a portlet
  To display a portlet, select it under the left Portlets column and drag to the right portal page.

• Hide the detailed information
  To hide the detailed information to leave only the title of the portlet, click the triangle next to the "close graphic tool". To display it, click the triangle down.

• Move the portlet
  The location of a portlet in the portal page could be moved by dragging its title bar into another dashed frame seen when the portlet window is moved.

There are totally thirteen portlets to be seen.

1. Browsers Statistics
   The Browsers Statistics portlet will display various kinds and rough share of browsers the customers have installed.
2. Countries
   Countries of residence for the visits and rough share.
3. Last visits
   The number of last visits.
4. New Customers
   Figure 2 shows the New Customers listing page under the admin>Tools>Dashboard>New Customers section

   The New Customers portlet will display newly-registering customer’s name, date of visiting and status of enablemnt.
   To hide or display some column, click the triangle shown when pointing at a specific column header and select under "Columns". At least one column must be presented.
5. New Orders
   The New Orders portlet will display customer’s name, total value of products he or she has purchased, date of visiting and status.
6. Reviews
   The Review portlet will display title of the product, language the product was viewed in, rate and rating date. The more the stars are colored yellow, the higher the products are thought of.
7. Order Total Statistics
   The Order Total Statistics portlet will tell the store owner how much money in total and on which day customers have spent at the store.
8. Orders Status
   The Orders Status portlet will display order status, which has been set into eight types, that is pending, processing, preparing, partly paid, paid, partly delivered, delivered and cancelled. Besides, the number of orders in separate status is displayed.
9. OS Statistics
   The OS Statistics portlet will display various kinds and rough share of operating systems the customers use.
10. Overview
    The Overview portlet is set to display the number of "Customers", "Orders", "Products" and "Reviews".
11. Referer Keywords
    The Referer Keywords portlet will tell the store owner how the customers reach the store through search engines.
12. Resolution
    The Resolution portlet will display various kinds and rough share of resolutions the customers use in their computers.
13. Search Engine
    The Search Engine portlet will display various kinds and rough share of search engine the customers use in their computers.
