Introduction

The Reviews section lists all the reviews customers write.

Reviews

Figure 1 shows the Reviews listing page under the admin> Catalog > Reviews section.

• Products
  Reviewed products have been listed under the column header of “Products”.
• Language
  The Language here refers to that in the store front selected in the Language box.
• Rating
  The quantity of colored pentagram represents products evaluation. The more colored pentagrams, the better product.
• Date Added
  The date when the review is written.

• Edit a review
  Figure 2 shows the Lenovo ThinkPad T400 2757 listing page under the admin> Catalog> Reviews > Lenovo ThinkPad T400 2757 edit section.

1. The author of the review for the product. It is only readable too.
2. In the review field, store owners are able to change the reviews written by customers The word count could also be set by store owner under admin>Configuration>Configuration>Minimum Values.
3. Select "Save" to implement the action.
   Note: Reviews are added only by customers in the store, not by store owners in the back end.

• Delete reviews
• Refresh the present page
• See Review Number in the down-right corner
• Hide/Display a column
