Abandoned Cart

Introduction

The products listed in Abandoned Cart refer to the products left in the shopping cart without payment.

Figure1 shows the Abandoned Cart listing page under the admin> Customers> Abandoned Cart section.

In Abandoned Cart, the information of each customer is listed in a row, including:
  1. Customer Name
  2. Cart Total: the aggregate amount of the products left in the shopping cart
  3. Date Added: the final date of “add to cart” operation
  4. E-mail: customer’s E-mail address
  5. Date Contacted: The date of customer to be contacted
Click “+” in each row to unfold the list of the products in cart, and “-” to fold it.

In addition to checking the products in shopping cart, you can send mails to customers to get informed of the reason why not to check out. To send a mail, please click the blue tab in the right side to open a dialog as shown in Figure 2.

The comment field is used for giving some comments. Click “Send” button to send an inquiry E-mail.

  • Delete the abandoned cart of one customer
  • Refresh the present page
  • Hide/Display columns
  • See Abandoned Cart Number in the down-right corner
