You have the options to manage all files in TomatoCart project in admin>Tools>File Manager.
Figure 1 shows the File Manager listing page under the admin>Tools>File Manager section.

The window is divided into two parts: a tree structure on the left and a list of files and folders on the right.
There are five tabs at the top of the right table, including upload (upload new files), new file(create new files), new directory(create new directory ), refresh and delete.Besides, function buttons are listed in the rightmost of the row. As with files, there are three buttons, including “edit”, “download” and “delete”; while as with folders, only delete function is allowed.
Click “+” or the name of a folder to unfold subfolders; click “-” or double click the name of a folder to fold the subfolders as shown in Figure 2.

Right click the folder, a context menu appears as shown in Figure 3, including the Add, Edit and Delete folder functions.

Click Upload File in Figure 1 to upload files. Figure 4 shows the Upload File listing page under the admin>Tools>File Manager>Upload File section.


New Directory
Click New Directory in Figure 1 to create a new directory. Figure 6 shows the New Directory listing page under the admin>Tools>File Manager>New Directory section.
