Introduction

The Order Settings section is used to switch whether or not to allow customers to return products.

Order Settings

Figure 1 shows the Order Settings listing page under the admin>Configuration>Configuration>Order Settings section.

To change the details, click the fields under the column header of "Value".

The settings in the Order Settings section are as follows:

• Download by Redirect
  Set to “True”, and you can use browser redirection for download, which will do merely on Unix and Linux systems; while set to "False", you will download directly on the current page on all the systems.
• Allow gift certificate/ downloadable return
  The two fields are especially meant for configuring gift certificate and downloadable products to be returnable or not. Set to “False”, and products of the two sorts are not allowed for return.
• Allow return request
  Set to “True”, and products in the store are returnable.
